What has Exercising got to do with happiness?

Have you ever found yourself feeling so low and sad that you refuse to do your regular daily or weekly exercises? Yeah, I have been there too and asked myself what good will exercise do for me now with the way I am feeling?  Then I remembered, ha ha! our brain has some feel-good hormones called endorphins, which are released during exercise. This good feeling can last for a while, and hopefully, by the time you’re done exercising and the level of the hormones reduces,  you would have overcome whatever caused your initial unhappiness in the first place. So remember this blog whenever you need a boost of happiness!
