There are lots of videos on social media on exercising, depicting the need to exert so much energy that frankly, it can seem like a lot of work! Phew!. Does exercising for fitness and wellness need to be so super intense for everyone?
Not necessarily. Exercising should be pleasurable, rhythmic, consistent in small portions for a start, in terms of time, and increase gradually as you feel more comfortable and still maintain the fun-happy-feel-good emotions within you. Agree. It may seem like work when you just start your exercise routine, but it should gradually become fun as you achieve your exercising objective(s).
