What do you do to relax, especially mentally?

I knit!  Surprised? I so love the colorful output of my knitting; amateur as it may look.  The combination of knitting + music or watching my favorite TV shows, helps me relax and forget the worries of this world for some time.

Caution! Caution!! Knitting can mean sitting for a long time, which you know is not healthy. So you must make conscious effort to sit for not more than 20mins at a stretch , then stand up for 10 to 15mins while continuing your knitting before sitting down again. Repeat this cycle whenever you are indulging in this knitting hubby.

  1. I love knitting too! It’s super relaxing. I only know how to do scarves, and that’s ok 😊🌼
