Night or Morning Person

Are you more of a night or morning person?

For me, both night and morning work just fine, depending on how interesting or exciting or necessary the activities I have to complete or plan to do in the morning or night are.

It varies for different people, some function more effectively with all their senses on the alert in the morning and slow and relaxed in the night, while others get twice as much work done at night when it’s quiet with less to no distractions than in the morning, when they do the minimum work requirement.

It’s up to everyone to know when they are at their best; be it morning or night, and to adjust priority tasks accordingly.
