FEELING LOW?

From time to time, you get that feeling, sometimes without even knowing why? It’s OK to feel  low sometimes; just don’t sit and indulge in it for too long, or let your mind be swimming in negative thoughts. That will certainly do a nose dive for your overall health & wellness.

Give the feeling a few nudges in the positive direction and take it from there. Share with a person who will empathize with and not judge you if you must. Just make some effort (s) to get out of that zone as quickly as possible.
