
In this ever busy world we live in, sitting still can almost be a luxury you can not afford. However, you need to create time for some ” sit still moments” to:
1. Meditate
2. Relax
3. Enjoy nature
4. Listen to your body, as there is a 20% chance of noticing any ailments by just paying attention to your body. Remember, many ailments develop silently or present nonspecific symptoms.
5 Just do nothing.
Make this a daily habit, and your body will thank you for it.
