Check-in Sunday

I intend to check in with you once in a while in terms of practicing what we say on this page.


The weather is beautiful today so I took a 30-minute slow and steady walk round my neighborhood, and burnt about 190kcal with this approximately 2.7km walk  I also performed 5 minutes stretches on my yoga mat, plus ate rice with vegemix and grilled piece of chicken and of course, plenty of water and a glass of grape juice.
