
I have covered all aspects of health & wellness in my various blog articles for things that are general; but the truth is health and wellness is an individualistic process for achieving optimal benefits.
The simple reason is that what works for me may not necessarily work for you.
As you may have noticed, I am focussing more on what I call my five (5) pillars of improved Mobility, Energy for Aging Gracefully (MEGA) strategy for persons 50 and over. I know because I am in that age bracket too and experiencing some of these things that are not always talked about enough publicly.
However, with my over two decades in the healthcare industry and from acting as care giver to my family and friends as the need arises; I know what works most of the time and what does not work. It is with that knowledge I have developed and created the tools in the PatHealth&Wellness website and a simple biology 101 ebook to separate the myth from facts in terms of general health and wellness activities.
