Suddenly the social media is agog with aging claims. While some are facts, most are just hype, or outright mis-information, leading to disappointments when the claims do not work as expected.
So here are 5 simple uncomplicated facts about graceful aging;

- Your gene has a lot to do with how well or not you age, but mostly it is under your control.
- Aging gracefully does not start after you are 80, but in your 20s and latest in your 40s and worst case scenario in your 50s. After which you start experiencing the positive or negative effects of the life-style choices you have made.
- Not everything or what everyone preaches to you about graceful aging will necessarily work for you. Your life and aging journey are uniquely yours; you have to identify your own button(s).
- Graceful aging is not about just physical appearance, but mainly what goes on inside of you. How often do you tap into your inner self? And when you do, what do you find and feel? Are you happy with your findings?
- For guaranteed success you may need someone with knowledge (scientific and real-life experience- not necessarily someone in their senior years) to guide and work with you on this journey; if you really want it enough.
- Someone to take you from point zero to your hero transformational self in terms of specific goals around improved Mobility, Energy for Graceful Aging- what I call the Pat_Health&Wellness(PHW) MEGA strategy.
